You will be required to pay local import duties and taxes, or customs clearance. Please do not ask us to change the order value on any shipping documents to reduce your charges, UK law dictates we are unable to do this.

Tracking my order

How do I track my order? 

You'll receive an email from us after you have confirmed your order. Alternatively you can log into your account on our website. 

Using your account 

Log into your account Scroll down to view 'My past orders' Select 'View details' on the relevant order line The status of your order is displayed at the bottom of the page under 'Order history' 

What if my order hasn't updated 

Don't worry. Tracking typically updates every 24-48 hours dependant on the courier.  If you have entered an incorrect delivery address check the below section 'Changing my order' If your order does not update for at least 5 working days and you've had no contact from us outlining why please contact us using the below form 

Changing my order

Can I make changes to my order? 

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to your order once you have made payment and confirmed your order. This includes: 

  • Changing items or sizing 
  • Adding or removing items 
  • Changing your delivery and/or billing address 

My Address is wrong 

Unfortunately we cannot change an address with our couriers once the order is placed, however you may be able to contact the courier directly to request the change. 

If your order can't be delivered, the courier will return it to us and you will receive a full refund once it has been processed at our warehouse. Keep an eye on your account for tracking updates. 

If your order hasn't shipped yet please wait until you receive your tracking email which will include the information needed ot contact your courier. 

Please note that should your order go missing due to you putting in an incorrect address we will not be liable to refund or replace the order. 

My Order is Wrong

My order only contains some of my order 

In the first instance, please check your shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way" to see if your order is being shipped in separate parcels. If not, please contact us on the form at the bottom of this page. 

My order is wrong 

In the event you're missing an item, or have received a wrong item, please contact us below. You will need the following information: Your order number The name of the item you didn't receive The name of the item you have received (if the wrong) 

All claims for missing or wrong orders must be made within 7 days of delivery.
