These terms tell you everything you need to know about ordering with us so please read them carefully before confirming any purchases. UK Returns

We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form or invoice with your order. 

If for any reason you're not happy with anything you've bought from us, don’t worry. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) bought directly from us. 

Items must be returned unworn, in new condition with all packaging and tags included. We are currently negotiating a returns courier. In the meantime use the contact form at the bottom of this page.  Please note the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. 

Returning faulty products Package up the products that you wish to return, ideally reusing the paper bag they arrived in, and ensure that all items are in their original packaging. 

Simply set up your return using the form below. Please ensure each order is returned separately, with a different return label. 

When returning faulty items Layer will fund any related shipping costs. Once your return has been processed, we'll send over an email confirmation so you know to expect your refund. 

Processing Times Once we've received your return, our usual turnaround time is 14 working days. 

If 14 working days have passed since your order arrived to us, please do let us know along with your order number, return tracking number and the product(s) returned so we can check this one for you.
